Bill of Materials
Automate a bill of materials quickly & easily.
Reports are accessible from both the Site Level and Survey Level
To access Reports from the Site Level:

Click the "Reports" button at the top of the Site Overview screen:

- This will take you to the Reporting section, where you can select Surveys to report on:

To access the Bill of Materials Report from the Survey level:

Click on the Reports button at the top of the screen:

- This will take you to the Reports section, which will display the 5 reporting options:

- Click the Bill of Materials tab:

- If you wish to include multiple surveys in this report, click the Select Surveys button to choose the surveys you would like to include:

- You can select up to 10 surveys for a single report:

- If you wish to include multiple surveys in this report, click the Select Surveys button to choose the surveys you would like to include:
- Use the Filters button to customize the information you want to see in the report:

- You can also use the Columns button to add, remove, or rearrange your columns by clicking and dragging them to your desired positions:

- Once you are finished configuring your report to your liking, you can save your report filters and columns for future use by creating a Template.
- Click the Save button. Then, select Save As:

- Give your new template a name:

- Once created, you can access your new template from the Template dropdown

- Click the "minus" button next to a Template name to delete it:

- Click the Save button. Then, select Save As:
Note: Only Admin users can create or delete Templates

When you are finished with your report, click the Export button to download the individual report as a PDF, or as an Excel Spreadsheet

- If you wish to combine multiple reports into one document, you can do so with the Combined Reports option:
