      Bulk Update Elements

      Updating Element details overtime can be time consuming, especially if you need to change the installation status of several devices.

      Save time updating element details with an external update.


      As easy fix is to use the "External Update" by clicking on the export button from the Survey Overview page.

      Exporting Attribute details to Excel will allow you to update Manufacturer, Model, Warranty Date, IP address, and Installation Status across multiple elements that are already placed on the survey.

      Once you have made any necessary changes click the “Import Data to Survey”, select the updated excel sheet, and all your elements attribute details will update.
