Cable Path
The Cable Path contains two 90° bends that can be adjusted left/right and up/down.
- Tap on the Infrastructure tab.
- Drag & drop the Cable Path icon onto your Survey.
- Adjust the bends in the Cable Path by dragging and dropping the handles.

- Tapping outside of the Cable Path will reveal the A Side (represented by a circle) and the Z Side (represented by a square).

- Each end of the Cable Path can be snapped onto Element Icons to connect them.
Flex Cable Path
The Flex Cable Path has the ability for users to create multiple bends between devices.
- Tap on the Infrastructure tab.
- Drag & Drop the Flex Cable Path icon onto your Survey.
- Drag the blue square in the middle of the Flex Cable Path to create additional bends.
- You can create multiple bends in the path to contour to the specs of your floor plan by manipulating the blue squares in the path.
Cable Path Toolbar Options
Upon placing a Cable Path or Flex Cable Path on your Survey, you will see the Cable Path Toolbar appear at the top of the screen.
From left to right:
- Element Info - Open the attributes & device specifications for your cables.
- Capture Photo - Open the in-app camera to capture a photo and attach it to the cable path.
- Duplicate – Easily duplicate the Cable Path to apply elsewhere on the Survey.
- Cable Path Color - Change the Cable Path color on the Survey.
- Installation Status – Quickly change the Installation Status for the Cable Path.
- Delete - Remove the Cable Path from your Survey.
