[Survey Features](https://support.systemsurveyor.com/knowledge/web?hsLang=en#survey-features) # How to use Camera Advisor ## Visualize and Select the right device with Camera Advisor. **Note:** Camera Advisor is available on the System Surveyor web interface and the System Surveyor Tablet app. **To access System Surveyor [Camera Advisor™](https://support.systemsurveyor.com/knowledge/camera-advisor-0?hsLang=en)on the web:** - Click on camera element and open up the Element Details  - Click the Camera Advisor tab ![CamAdv1](https://support.systemsurveyor.com/hs-fs/hubfs/CamAdv1.jpg?width=382&height=219&name=CamAdv1.jpg) Here, you can select/change the camera orientation (Standard or Corridor), AOC angle, Target Distance and the Resolution.  **Note:** Changing the Angle or Target Distance will change the icon on the canvas as well The bottom section will show you the PPF for the set range and resolution, as well as a preview image for what you can expect to see from the camera. ![CamAdv3](https://support.systemsurveyor.com/hs-fs/hubfs/CamAdv3.jpg?width=395&height=339&name=CamAdv3.jpg) You can adjust the slider to change between the different detection levels (DORI). This will also change the camera resolution selected. You can also select the resolution first and see the Pixels on Target for that resoluiton. **To access [Camera Advisor™](https://support.systemsurveyor.com/knowledge/camera-advisor-0?hsLang=en) on the Tablet app:** -
