Creating a Site

A Site is a location specific folder which contains Surveys and Survey folders related to this location. In many cases, the Site can also represent a Customer.

To create a Site:

  • Click "Add Site" in the upper right corner
  • Add Site details - these details will show in the upper left corner within the Site and also on the cover page of your Summary Report
    • Label - Add a prefix to all Element ID’s on all Surveys within the Site to identify elements associated with this Site. Example (SITEID-SURVEYID-FCAM-001)
    • Reference - Add a Site reference ID to correlate this Site to a record in a system outside of System Surveyor when using the API.
  • Click "Create" 
    • Users will then be in the new Site and can begin creating a new Survey

To edit the Site details - click on the lock icon next to the Site name.
