Favorite Elements

Users can save their most used elements to the top of their element palette. 

NOTE: Elements that are favorites will be set for an individual user across their teams, sites and surveys.


Favorite elements are specific to a user and not applied to any other team members palette.

To Favorite Elements:

  • Navigate to the Element left side bar
  • Right click any element
  • Click "Add Favorite" 

To Un-Favorite Elements:

  • Right click the Favorited element
  • Click "Remove Favorite"

Favorite Facts:

  • Favorite Elements will only be available to paid users. Essentials, Scale, Enterprise, etc + ​
  • Users can favorite the same element from multiple system types, i.e. Video Surveillance Node & Access Control Node​.
  • Elements that are favorited will be displayed across all teams, sites, and survey that a user is on.​
  • Elements can only be favorited from the web using Web Editor 2.0.

COMING SOON: Favorite Elements is not currently available on System Surveyor tablet app.
