Favorite Elements [Mobile Apps]

Users can access Favorited elements from the Element Palette on the System Surveyor Tablet app or Phone app.

Note: Elements must first be favorited on the web to become accessible from the mobile apps. Check out our guide on Adding Favorite Elements to learn more.

To access favorited Elements from a Survey:

  • Tap the Favorite Elements dropdown from the Element Palette.

   

  • Favorited Elements can then be dropped onto your Survey.

   

After reconfiguring your Favorited Elements on the web, you can update them on the mobile app from the Account Menu.
  • Tap the Account dropdown from on the Site List screen.

   

  • Tap Update Favorite Elements.

   

NOTE: Favorites should be updated automatically upon log in. However, if they do not update automatically, users can force the update from the Account dropdown in the mobile app.
