# Full Refresh \[Mobile Apps\]

## If you are having trouble seeing Sites or Surveys on your Tablet App, doing a Full Refresh could help.

**To perform a Full Refresh:**

- From the Site List, press and **HOLD** the refresh button in the upper right of the Site List

- You will then receive a pop-up prompt, asking if you want to perform a **Full** **Refresh**

- Tap **OK**

This will re-sync your Sites and Surveys to the app.
