Full Refresh

If you are having trouble seeing Sites or Surveys on your Tablet App, doing a Full Refresh could help.

To perform a Full Refresh:

  • From the Site List, press and HOLD the refresh button in the upper right.

  • You should recieve a pop-up prompt asking if you want to perform a Full Refresh

  • Select "OK"

Your Site List will now resync.
