Guest Users can have view only or edit privileges within a site.
Note: Scale & Campus Lite Plans: Guests can access to up to 5 Sites at a time.
Enterprise, Corporate, Campus Complete & Manufacture Plans: Guests can access to up to 10 Sites at a time.
Guest users are invited to each site. Read more on how to invite Guest Users.
Guest Privileges with edit permissions:
- Can edit Surveys within the Site
- Can view & run reports within the Survey and Site
- Can create Surveys within the Site
- Can view & make Comments within the Surveys in the Site
Guest Privileges with read only permissions:
- Can review the Surveys within the Site
- Can open attributes of the Elements in the Survey
- Can view & run reports within the Site or Survey
- Can view Comments within the Surveys in the Site
- Read only permissions will not be able to make Comments
Note: Guest Users can not invite other Guest Users to a Site.
