How can I prevent tokens from expiring?
Sometimes, if a user is working in an old browser session, the tokens can expire and prevent the user from saving a Survey.
Here are some tips to prevent expiring tokens and potential loss of work:

Before starting work on a Survey during an active session, refresh your web browser to establish a fresh connection.

If your token has expired, this will redirect you to the login screen where you can log back into the platform.
- Save your Survey often while working for best performance and to ensure that your work is saved if you do encounter expired tokens.
Note: If you turn on your computer and find that you are still logged into System Surveyor from a previous session, it is likely that your tokens are expired. Refresh your browser and log back in to begin a new session.
