Cancel Subscription
We are sad to see you go but we appreciate you being a part of the System Surveyor community.
Only Account Admin can downgrade or cancel the subscruption on the Account page.
To cancel the subscription:
- Navigate to 'Account'
- Click on the 'Billing' tab
- Click 'Cancel Account'
Your data is held for up to 30 calendar days from the time of the cancelation and could be reinstated into the account if re-subscribing.
Tip: The account will be active until your renewal date and you can still access System Surveyor in the meantime.
