The auto-sync feature will automatically sync updates made on the tablet app to the cloud when online.
Turn off or on the Auto-Sync feature for a users account or an individual survey by doing the following:
User account:
- Navigavte to the Account settings in the upper right
- Click Device Options
- Enable or disable Auto Sync
Individual Survey:
- On the Site dashboard, click the three dots next to the survey name.
- Click “Turn off Auto-Sync"
