Note: InfoMask™ is available on the Scale plan or above. Only Team Members with the InfoMask User Role will be allowed access to view and edit that information.
To access the InfoMask feature:
- Tap an Element on your Survey and tap the Element Info button from the Element Toolbar.

- This will open the Element Info panel.
- On the Tablet app:
- Tap the Configuration tab on the left-hand side.
- On the Phone app:
- Optionally, tap the double sided arrow icon to expand the Element Info panel.

- Tap the pencil icon to enable editing.

- Navigate to the Configuration tab and tap to expand it.
- To enter information into the protected fields, toggle off the InfoMask switch.

- You will then have 30 seconds to enter the information before the InfoMask switch automatically toggles back on.
- With the switch toggled back on, the information entered becomes hidden to Guest Users and Team Members without the InfoMask User Role.
- Remember to save your Survey changes by tapping the Save button.
