Guest User Can't Access Site

If a Guest is unable to see a site, please make sure they are completely logged out before accepting the invite.

If you've invited a Guest to a Site and they are unable to see it on their workbench, please follow these quick steps to troubleshoot.

  • Make sure they are completely logged out of System Surveyor.
  • Then have the Guest User click the link in the email.

If the above didn't work, please make sure they haven't reached the maximum sites per Guest. You may need to remove them from another site.

Here are the limits per Plan:

  • Scale Plan: 5 Sites per Guest
  • Campus-Lite Plan: 5 Sites per Guest
  • Campus-Complete Plan: 10 Sites per Guest
  • Manufacturer Plan: 7 Sites per Guest
  • Enterprise Plan: 10 Sites per Guest
  • Corporate Plan: 10 Sites per Guest
