Layout Report

Create a customizable report that shows your Survey Layout and floor plan.

  • Click the Reports button at the top of the Survey edit screen:


    • This will take you to the reporting section, where you will see the 5 available report types:

  • Select the Layout tab to display a preview of the report:


    • If you would like to include layouts for multiple surveys in your report, click the Select Surveys button:

    • Check the bubble next to each survey you wish to include:

  • Click the Layout Settings button for additional customization options:


    • Here, you can add your Company Logo, a Title Block and Legend, your Client Name or a custom watermark if you are on the enterprise plan:

  • The Filter button will allow you to filter the elements that appear in the report:


    • You can filter by Element Name, Installation Status, System Type, or Descriptive Label:

  • With the Layers option, you can toggle on or off other components on your survey:


  • With your Layout Report customized to your liking, you can save the current configuration for future use by creating a Template:
    • Click the Save button --> Save As:

    • Name your new Template and click Save:

    • You and your team members will then be able to access your newly created template from the template dropdown:

    • To delete a template, click the minus button next to the template name:

Note: Only Admin users can create or delete Templates.

  • When you are finished creating your layout report, you can download it as a PDF by clicking the Export button:

Tip: You can also export via the Combined Reports option if you wish to combine your layout report with other report types. Check out our guide on Combined Reports here for an overview of this feature.
