It's important when importing multiple Element Profiles fopr an Element that users combine them into one Spreadsheet.
When using multiple manufacturer partner's Element Profiles, it is important to combine the spreadsheet into one document and import in one file.
To combine into one spreadsheet:
- Export out the specific Element Profile
- Open Excel document on computer and enable editing
- Navigate to the end of the Element Profiles in the Excel document
- Open second Excel document
- Copy all the cells from row 3 over of the Element Profile to add
- Paste the selection into the original Excel document
- Save the document
- Import back into the Element Profile in System Surveyor
If the Element Profiles are not combined into one document, the original Element Profiles will be overwritten by a new import.
