On-Screen Totals [Tablet App]

Understand Survey data and contents at a glance with the On-Screen Totals view.

 

Note: On-Screen Totals are currently only available on the Tablet app, but will soon be added to the Phone app as well.

To view On-Screen Totals:

  • Tap the Totals button on the left-hand side of the Survey Edit screen.

  • This will open the Totals panel.

  • Tap the Group By dropdown to view the 4 options by which you can view your totals:

    • Group by Element Name: This is based on the elements for a high level view of devices on a survey. Great for sales presenting data while on a site walk.

    • Group by Installation Status: This is based on installation status of elements. Quickly see how many cameras are in place and how many are proposed. Users can identify and find devices that need their status to be updated, or just a general summary.

    • Group by Model: This summarizes Survey data by model number. Gather a quick understand of actual device placement by model.

    • Group by Containers: Summarizes data by containers on a survey. Quickly see how many doors, racks, etc are on a survey. An easy way for installers to see what type of devices are located within doors, racks, etc.
