1. Is the System Surveyor Phone app part of my current subscription, or do I need a different license?

  • The System Surveyor Phone app is included in your current license. Use your same credentials to access our platform from the tablet app, phone app or web. See our pricing plans here.

2. Who can use the System Surveyor Phone app?

  • Any licensed user or guest user can login to the Phone App with their normal credentials.

3. What is the primary expected use of the System Surveyor Phone app?

  • While Sales may use it some of the time, we expect it will be primarily Installers, Project Managers, Technicians & Subcontractors who often rely on this form factor and device more often. It has less real estate on the screen for system design - though you can zoom in, capture photos and change device status.

4. Where do we access it? Is it on Android and iOS?

  • The Phone App is available for download on iOS & Android devices. Go to the relevant app store from your device - it will recognize the device and download the correct app for the Phone or Tablet.
