Pro-tip: Understand how Sites and Surveys are Listed
Did you know Sites & Surveys show up in numerical order first and then alphabetical order?
When naming your Sites and Surveys, it's crucial to understand that they will appear in numerical order initially, followed by alphabetical order.
This means when reviewing your Sites on the workbench anything with a number will be listed first and then it will move to alphabetical order.
The same rule applies when viewing Surveys within a Site.
Example Order: 1st Floor, 3rd Floor, Exterior, Second Floor
If you'd like your Sites and Surveys to be in a specific order, it's best to name them "1st Floor_XYZ Corp", "2nd Floor_XYZ Corp", etc. Do not mix numbers and letters. Naming sites "1st floor", "Second floor", "3rd floor", etc. will cause them to be out of order.
The same order applies to Combined Reports. When running a Site Level Report, the Surveys will be in the order of numerical first then alphabetical.
