Profile

Under Profile users can update personal information.

Under Profile users can modify:

  • Avatar -  The avatar is the image you see in the navigation bar within System Surveyor.
    To add or change an image:
    • Navigate to Profile
    • Click “Change Avatar”
    • Drag-n-drop a file into the box (.jpg or png. Files only)
    • Click save

Avatar is only seen by individual users, other Team Members and/or customers will not see your avatar 

  • Change Password - Users can change your password through the web or on your tablet app.
    • Web:
      • Navigate to Profile
      • Click “Change Password”
      • In the pop-out input new password
      • Click submit
    • Tablet App
      • Login screen
      • Click “Forgot your password?”
      • Input the email address associated with the account
      • You will receive a verification email
      • Click the link in the email
      • Update password and login

Your Password must include 1 numeric character, 1 uppercase character, 1 special character (@, #, $, etc.) and be 8-20 characters in length 

  • Change email
    • Navigate to Profile
    • Click the blue pencil icon next to Email
    • In the pop-out input new email address
    • Click submit
    • You will receive an email to your new email address


The email address change won’t take effect until you click the link in the email.
