Report Filtering and Options

Use the filter options to customize what is show in on created reports

After selecting the report type, users will see some additional options and can select before creating the report.

These options include:

  • Filtering Options: You can filter certain System Types, Install Statuses, and even keywords such as element name or model number.
  • Cover Page: Adds a summary Cover Page to the report with your company logo, Site name, and included Surveys.
  • Watermark (Enterprise only): Create a custom text watermark that appears on each Survey.
  • Include Accessories: Choose whether accessories are shown in the report.
  • Rotate Floor Plan: Choose whether the floorplan is rotated to fit the page on the Floor Plan report.
  • Display Options: Toggle on/off Coverage, Cable Paths, or Annotations from the Floor Plan report.
  • Table of Contents: Adds a table of contents to the beginning of the report which allows easy navigation between pages.
