Reports [Web Editor 2.0]
Customizable reports in System Surveyor Web Editor 2.0.
To access Reports from a Survey:
- Click the "Reports" button at the top of the Survey Edit screen:

- This will display the Reports screen, where you can choose between the 5 reporting options:
- Elements
- Bill of Materials
- Layout
- Cables
- Photo Tour

- Select which Surveys you would like to view in the report by clicking the "Select Surveys" button (up to 10 Surveys can be selected):


Use Templates to save your commonly used report configurations:
- Templates can be applied in all 5 report types
- Configure your Filters, Columns, or other settings for your report:

- Click the
button to show the available columns:
- To change the column order, drag the gray boxes to the desired location:

- Save your Template by clicking the
button and give the Template a name:
- You will then be able to access your saved Templates via the Template dropdown:

Exporting Individual Reports:
- Individual reports can be downloaded via the "Export" button in the upper right corner

Exporting Combined Reports:
- Click the "Combine Reports" button to combine multiple reports into one document

- Select which surveys to include in the Combined Report:

- Select which report types to include in the Combined Report and which Templates to apply to them :

- Add a cover page, logo, and your report details. Then, click "Export PDF":
- Note: The custom watermark option is available on the Enterprise plan only

- Navigate to the "Created Reports" section to download your new report:
