Site Options
Easily move, share and view the share history of a Site from the Site List.
On the Site List, users have several Site options.
Click the 3 dots next to the Site.
Move to Site Group
Users can quickly move a Site into a Site Group.
Site Groups are available on our Scale, Enterprise, Corporate and Campus Complete Plans
Create a New Group:
- Click "Manage Library"
- Select "Add Group"
- Name your new Group
- Click "OK"
Send a Link
Share a Site and all Surveys within that Site with customers or Team Members.
- Input the email address, expiration date and a message for the receiving party
- The individual will receive an email with a link to view the Site online
Tip: There will be a passcode in the body of the email. The individual will need the passcode to access the Site.
Share History
If a Site has been shared, users will be able to see the Sending History along with the receiver email and expiration date.
User's can 'Unshare a Site' by clicking the Green "Unshare" button.
Remove Site
To remove a Site from your Site List:
- Click "Remove Site"
- A confirmation pop-up will show
- Click "Ok"
Permanently Delete a Site
If you wish to permanently delete a Site from your Library:
- Click "Manage Library"
- Click the "three dots" to the right of the Site name you wish to delete
- Click "Delete"
- Click "OK"
Note - Deleting a Site is permanent and can not be undone.
