Easily move, share and view the share history of a Site from the Workbench.
On the Workbench users have several Site options.
Click the 3 dots next to the Site.
Move to Site Group
Users can quickly move a Site into a Site Group.
Our Scale, Enterprise, Corporate and Campus Complete Plans allow Site Groups.
Send a Link
Share a Site and all Surveys within that Site with customers or Team Members.
- Input the email address, expiration date and a message for the receiving party
- The individal will receive an email with a link to view the Site on-line
Tip: There will be a passcode in the body of the email. The individual will need the passcode to access the Site.
Share History
If a Site has been shared, users will be able to see the Sending History along with the receiver email and expiration date.
User's can 'Unshare a Site' by clicking the Green "Unshare" button. 
Remove Site
To completely delete a Site:
- Click "Remove Site"
- A confirmation pop-up will show
- Click "Ok"
Note - Removing a Site in permanent and can not be undone.
