Survey Menu Options [Mobile Apps]

Export as PDF:

This option will download a PDF of your Survey to your device, which can then be saved to your local files or shared.

Send a Link:

This option enables users to share the Survey via a read-only link.

Set Scale (Tablet Only):

This option will enable users to re-set the Scale for the Survey from the tablet app.

Tap Set Scale from the Survey Menu
Drag & drop the blue measuring tool to an area of the Survey where the distance is already known (such as a doorway)
Enter the distance into the box at the top of the screen (ex. 6 ft)
Tap Done

Crop (Tablet Only):

This option will enable users to crop their Survey floor plan from the tablet app.

Tap Crop from the Survey Menu
Drag & drop the corners of the floor plan frame to your desired positions
Optionally, the controls on the right-hand side can be used to rotate the floor plan
Tap Done

Replace Floor Plan (Tablet Only):

This option will enable users to replace the floor plan image for the Survey.

Tap Replace Floor Plan from the Survey Menu
Select an option for importing the alternate floor plan image (ex. local files, satellite image, etc.)
Select your image (or location if using the Satellite Image option)

Reset Element Icon Colors:

This option will enable users to reset all Element icons back to their default colors.

Element Icon Size:

Use this slider to increase or decrease the Element icon size across your Survey.

Global AOC Transparency:

Use this slider to increase or decrease the AOC transparency across your Survey.
