Canceled Data

Find out how users can save data if canceling System Surveyor subscription.

An active subscriber or Team Admin can export data into a PDF report(s) and if on the Scale or Enterprise plan export also into Excel files.  The data is held for up to 30 calendar days from the time of the cancelation and could be reinstated into the account if re-subscribing.
