Adjusting Area of Coverage [Mobile Apps]

Area of Coverage (AoC) is used to show coverage areas for cameras, motion detectors and other devices.

To adjust the Area of Coverage:

  • The AoC toolbar will automatically open when an Element is placed on the Survey. 
  • Adjust the depth and direction using the cross-shaped arrows.  
  • Adjust the angle using the wedge-shaped arrows located at the corners of the AoC.

   

Note: The numeric depth and angle of the AoC is automatically calculated based upon the survey scale.

AoC toolbar options:

  • Add Area of Coverage Boundaries (Tablet app only).
  • Modify the color and transparency of the AoC.
  • Type in exact numbers for the AoC angle & radius, or choose from the available presets.

     

  • Tap the X button to close the AoC toolbar. 

     

  • To reopen the AoC toolbar, tap the AoC icon from the Element toolbar.
